Last night we had roasted sausages & grapes, served with mashed sweet potatoes and a salad made of fennel, kohlrabi, tomatoes and basil. Yummy.  I’ve discovered this yogurt today at my favourite organic produce store at Kensington. It’s made by Saugeen Country Dairy, a dairy farm between Markdale and Durham, here in Ontario, with only two ingredients: non-homogenized whole milk and bacterial culture. It is plain yogurt as it has been made for thousands of years, before the industrialization [...] Did I tell you we went to a Brazilian BBQ? They didn’t have charcoal but the picanha came out very nice nonetheless… The next day we started our cleansing diet… |
