I made again that colourful black bean, corn, and avocado salad. I had some leftover Quinoa Tabouleh, which I also added to the plate. I know there are people who like eating each dish on their plate separately. But to me, it’s all about the mix of flavours. If I’m eating one main with two [...] I’m not one to buy too many cookbooks but I love cooking magazines. My favourite at the moment is Fine Cooking for the variety of recipes, the emphasis on seasonal ingredients, and its pedagogical flair.
