The farm has a whole bunch of tomatoes that they are selling for canning. Home canned tomatoes always taste much, much better than the store bought kind. It's also hard to find commercially canned tomatoes that don't contain salt. I'd also like to try and make some salsa for Wilson. I've canned tomatoes with my mother many times, but I've never done it without her, or with a 1 year old running around :) I'm a bit intimidated!
