Monday breakfast

Nothing like a scrumptious breakfast to start off another week of work. Fried polenta topped with kale (both were leftovers from a weekend meal) and a fried egg. To add some colour and a nice flavour, some Brazilian pimenta de bico, a very sweet chili variety.
